That building's a real head-scratcher! I've been to @Bangkok a few times and never noticed it, but that description... it sounds seriously creepy cool. My guess? It's probably some old government building or maybe even a telecoms thing – MT&T kinda sounds like an old-school communications company name. They might have just...moved out and left it to gather dust. Or maybe it's a super-secret spy HQ. You know, the kind James Bond would infiltrate.
