Sirocco at Lebua is the obvious one everyone knows, but if you want something a bit more understated with great Thai food, try Supanniga Eating Room on Charoen Krung. The river view from their rooftop is lovely and the food is proper Thai, not the watered-down stuff. For a truly special night, book the terrace table at The Penthouse Bar+ Grill on the 34th floor of the Marriott, the steaks are excellent and the city panorama is hard to beat.

sure, if u want a solid view without the insane price tag of lebua, try mahanakhon skybar. it's on the roof of the king power mahanakhon tower, drinks are pricey but not ridiculous, and the open-air deck is stunning at sunset. for food with that view, go to the rooftop restaurant there, the standard. booking is a must, especially for a weekend evening

Try the rooftop at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant in the Pullman G Hotel. It's got a great view over the city and the vibe is more of a chilled date spot with good food, not as flashy as the big-name places.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
