Best coffee shops for iced black coffee?
I'm a newbie from the States. I'm looking for best coffee shops that sells large iced black coffee. A lot of coffee shops in asoke-thonglor area sell fancy sweet milky stuff.

I'm looking for something like starbucks venti cold brew. 20 oz of black coffee. Any recommendations?
honestly cafe de la brique on soi 26 does a great iced black coffee, they use a house blend thats pretty smooth. not sure if they do a full 20oz but they do have a large size that's way better than starbucks imo
tbh if you're near Asoke, check out Kaizen Coffee on Soi 23. they do a nitro cold brew that's like 16oz for 140 baht and it's super smooth, no sugar nonsense. not quite 20oz but the nitro makes it feel more substantial if that makes sense
also Factory Coffee near BTS Phaya Thai is worth the trip, they have a black coffee called "Mr. Black" that's basically a double shot over ice in a big cup. costs like 120 baht and they'll add more ice if you want it bigger. way better than starbucks and not pretentious about it
You'll want to check out Artis Coffee on Sukhumvit 33. They do a proper 16oz cold brew that's strong and not sweet, about 130 baht. If you're near Thonglor, Roots in the Common area also does a decent black coffee but their sizes top out around 12oz. For that massive American-style cold brew fix, try Coffeeology on Soi 49 - they'll give you a 20oz for around 160 baht and it's actually brewed properly, not burnt tasting like some places.
best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026
yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
