Condos and apartments with best furnishings / interior design?
I've started exploring Bangkok condo market recently (DDproperty), and struggling to find a well furnished modern looking studio / 1BR in 30k - 70k range.

I've started exploring Bangkok condo market recently (DDproperty), and struggling to find a well furnished modern looking studio / 1BR in 30k - 70k range.
The closest I could find are various Ashton and Hyde buildings, but even then they may come with surprises like atrocious kitchen despite being a 2BR with great views.
For comparison, here are mid-range serviced apartments in Dubai that cost $2,000 - $3,000 / mo for a studio (12-month contract, all bills included, 2 cleanings per week).
I mostly spend my time at home, working remotely, so I'm much more sensitive to interiors and cityscape views than to prime location, etc.
Could you guys recommend something like that in Bangkok?

You might want to look at the Marque or Tela Thonglor buildings. They're usually a step above most condo projects in terms of interior finishes, and the studios in the 50k-70k range often have floor-to-ceiling windows with decent skyline views. The kitchens in those units tend to be fully integrated too, not that weird open shelf setup you see in some Ashtons.
For something a bit different, check out the newer Life Sukhumvit towers along the BTS line around Phra Khanong or On Nut. The builder's standard furniture package is actually pretty cohesive (dark wood, clean lines, good lighting), and units on higher floors get you those city views without the Thonglor price tag. Just avoid the low floor ones near the main road, the noise creeps in.
honestly for that budget you might wanna look at the Ideo or The Line projects, they usually have decent modern finishes and some units have pretty good views, just check the exact unit pics since the developer packages can vary a lot between floors
idk maybe check out some of the newer vita garden buildings or the fico ones they've got some solid furniture packages but views can be hit or miss
best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026
yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
