Any experience living in either of them? Both seem great to me so i find it so hard to decide as they're pretty close too.

XT's units tend to have slightly better layouts if you're looking for a separate kitchen area, while Oka's are more open-plan and studio-focused. If you cook a lot, that might tip the scales. Also worth checking the management fees, I've heard Oka's are a bit higher per square meter and they've been raising them annually.

live in oka now actually. been there about 8 months. the pool and sky garden are way better than XT's imo, plus it feels more chill and less like a hotel lobby. main downside is the walk to ekkamai bts is a solid 10-12 mins, XT is closer maybe 5-7. if u take the skytrain daily that extra 5 mins each way adds up but if u work from home or drive, oka is the nicer place to be

honestly, the biggest difference for me was the vibe of the neighborhood. XT ekkamai has that brand new, glossy, everything-is-polished feel but the soi itself is kinda dead past the building. Oka haus is in a older part of ekkamai with more trees and actual street life, like little massage places and random food stalls right outside. if u want to feel like you're in a real bangkok neighborhood and not just a condo island, oka wins easy

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
