try the muay thai shops near the national stadium on rama 1 rd, they usually have rodtang shirts for around 300-400 baht. if you're near khao san there's a stall by the police box that sells them too but they're a bit pricier at 500. the fairtex store at the end of sukhumvit 24 also stocks his stuff sometimes, better quality there
If you're near the Pratunam area, check out the small sports shops along Petchaburi Soi 15. They sometimes have Rodtang's Yokkao Fight Night shirts, around 350 baht. The selection is hit or miss though, so call ahead if you can.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
