any recommendations on what to ask for/look for/know of someone who might have experience in street marketing?

thank you in advance!

honestly, the term you want to search for in Thai is "ทีมติดแผ่น" (team-tid-paen) or "รับติดโปสเตอร์" (rap-tid-poster). most of these crews hang around the art universities or the independent music scene, not really on google. try asking at places like Jam Cafe in Ekkamai or the record shops around Siam Square, someone there will know a guy who does it for gigs and has the technique down.

wheat paste is pretty niche here though, most street teams just use glue sticks or spray adhesive because the humidity messes with paste fast. if you want actual wheat pasting, you might need to find someone who does street art or stencil work, theyll know the proper mix to stop it sliding off in the rain.

Look for signage installers or billboard crews, they already know the physical side.

check facebook groups for bkk street art or indie music scenes, thats where the flyer crews hang out. most of those guys do paste ups for shows already.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
