Nice roads for a motorcycle day trip 1 or 2h away from Bangkok?

try route 3066 out past lam luk ka, it runs along the khlong and is dead empty by bkk standards. about an hour to get to the good part where the road gets bumpy and narrow with trees on both sides. there's a noodle shop at the wat ban klang intersection that does a mean kuaytiaw nuea nam tok, 40 baht a bowl

bang phra non-hua hin road out past nakhon chai si is good, twisty enough and quiet on weekdays. take route 346 through nakhon nayok too, the scenery changes quick once you hit the foothills, about 90 mins from central bkk. stop at the raft restaurants along the river for khao tom plu if you're hungry

honestly just head out towards Bang Kachao, it's not really twisty but the vibe is totally different from the city streets, feels like another world in under an hour. you can loop around the island then cut through Samut Prakan side roads on the way back, real chill and zero pressure to ride fast

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
