Americans, Thai versions of Ajax and 409?

Fellow Americans, help me out please. I looked in Lotus and another chain store and could not find the Thai equivalent of Ajax powder or 409 spray.

Any suggestions? TIA

I've had good luck with the "Kao Attack" stain spray for laundry and countertops, it's a blue bottle and works on pretty much any surface without being harsh. For a powder, the local "Mama Lemon" brand makes a scouring powder in a green packet that smells like citrus and is usually right next to the dish soap.

honestly skip the american brands and just get the pink "handy andy" concentrate from any 7-eleven. it's like a thick pink liquid that you dilute in a spray bottle and it cuts through kitchen grease better than 409 ever did, costs like 40 baht. for scrubbing powder the locals use "brite" in the blue box but i actually prefer the green "jif" cream cleaner for the sink or stove top, it's less messy and smells like lemons. if you're near a Big C extra they have a whole aisle of these, way easier than hunting for imports

For powdered cleaner, look for "Brite" brand in the blue box, it is the standard Thai scouring powder and works just like Ajax. As for a spray cleaner, "Kao" makes a multi-purpose spray called "Kao Magic Clean" that you will find at Tesco Lotus in the cleaning aisle, it cuts grease like 409. If you want something stronger, the yellow "Mr. Muscle" kitchen spray is everywhere and does the job on stuck-on grime.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
