Recommendations for catering/caterers?

Ideally prefer to work with a small team or even just a few people!

They would be cooking for 15-25 5 days per week.

Any and all cuisine recs welcome, looking for phenomenal food!

depends on what part of bangkok you're in but if you're near ekkamai or thonglor, check out koppa catering. they're a tiny team, like 3 or 4 people, and the food is seriously good. they do thai and some western fusion, really fresh ingredients. for 15-25 heads, they'd probably charge around 250-350 baht per head depending on the menu, which is fair for the quality

Ekkamai and Thonglor are good suggestions but if you're willing to go a bit further out, there's a husband and wife team called Baan Suay Kitchen who do small batch catering from their place near Ari. They focus on Isaan and Northern Thai dishes, stuff like gaeng hang lay and nam prik ong that you don't usually see at bigger caterers. Last I checked they were around 200-250 baht per head for a set menu, which is a steal for the quality. They only take one gig at a time so you'd need to book a couple weeks ahead.

If you're open to something non-Thai, there's a small operation called Soul Food Mahanakorn that does catering on the side. They're usually a pop-up stall at the Artground on weekends but the guy who runs it used to cook at a fine dining place in Sukhumvit. He does stuff like smoked pork neck with jaew and grilled corn salad, really punchy flavors. For 15-25 people he'd probably do a set menu around 300-350 baht per head and he's flexible on dietary restrictions if you ask ahead.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
