If you're near Siam, the pharmacy on the ground floor of Siam Paragon has it behind the counter, just ask the staff. They don't always keep it out in the open. You can also try the MedConsult Clinic on Soi Nana, they do telemedicine consultations for weight management and can write you a prescription same day, then you pick it up at their attached pharmacy. Prices are around 4,500 to 5,000 baht per pen depending on where you go.

honestly just check the pharmacy at the bottom of thong lor, the one near villa market. they usually have it without a huge markup compared to the hospital prices. also the clinic at asoke tower, dr. pat's, does walk-in prescriptions and they stock it in their pharmacy. just bring your ID and maybe a recent blood test if you have one, saves time

You can try the bigger hospital pharmacies like Bumrungrad or Samitivej, they usually stock it. Some private clinics in Sukhumvit carry it too, but you'd need a doctor's prescription first.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
