a bit of a hidden spot but check out the terrace at w district on phra athit road, they do a decent kratom infusion that's more like a cocktail than a tea. it's a chill spot right by the river, usually quieter than the khao san places. just ask for the "herbal mix" on the menu, they'll know what u mean

there's a spot called kratom kaizen on sukhumvit 49 that does kratom syrups mixed with sodas and juices, more of a modern cafe vibe than a bar. they have a passionfruit one that's pretty good, 120 baht last time i was there. way less sketchy than the street stalls selling the raw stuff

honestly the hippy spots around khao san sometimes have it, but the quality is hit or miss. there's this little bar on soi rambuttri called jungle juice that'll mix it in a smoothie for you if u ask nice, way better than the sketchy tea stalls

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
