if you're near a BTS station the Silom Community Clinic is another solid option, it's run by the same org as the red cross but way less crowded. they're on soi Silom 9, open tues-sat from like 9am-4pm. free HIV testing and PrEP is like 30 baht if you're on the Thai scheme, otherwise it's around 600 baht for a month supply. also worth knowing you can get a 3-month prescription after the first checkup so you don't have to go every single month

honestly the red cross is the most reliable and cheapest option but if you want something more discreet there's adam's clinic on sukhumvit soi 23. they do same day appointments online and it's like 800 baht for the consult plus the meds. they also offer delivery for the pills if you don't wanna go back every month. just make sure you bring your passport for the paperwork

the Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Centre on soi Chulalongkorn 14 is the main spot, they've been doing it for years. you can just walk in and ask for the "PrEP clinic" no appointment needed and it's like 30-50 baht per session if you're on the government scheme. there's also a place called Pulse Clinic on suk soi 33 if you want something more private but it'll cost more like 1500 per visit. bring your ID or passport and some cash just in case

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
