depends what area u're in tbh. if u're near thonglor, check out kho at the lab gym - he's solid for functional strength and actually watches ur form. for more traditional lifting i'd go with trainer pong at muay thai academy sukhumvit, he does small group sessions that feel one on one for like 400 baht

honestly if you're around asoke try pete at fit junky on sukhumvit 21. he's more of a movement coach than just a gym guy, real good for correcting imbalances and stuff that most trainers miss. sessions are around 800-1000 depending on package, and he actually programs recovery days unlike a lot of trainers here who just wanna run you into the ground

if you're anywhere near ekkamai, check out coach bank at fit republic on soi 63. he's a physio turned trainer so he really knows how to work around injuries. 600 baht a session and he's big on mobility work which most guys skip. also speaks solid english which helps if your thai is rusty

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
