Any legit massage places after 10-11pm?

You will find plenty of spots on Sukhumvit Soi 33/1, they stay open until 2am most nights. The shops near the bottom of the soi charge around 300 baht for a foot massage and tend to be straightforward, no extras nonsense. I would skip the ones with flashing signs on the main Sukhumvit road itself, they are more likely to push for tips or upsells.
Another reliable option is the cluster of shops on Silom Soi 6, just off the main road. They stay open until midnight or 1am and charge 250-300 for foot or back massage, with no pressure to tip. The ones closer to the BTS end of the soi are the most straightforward. Just walk past the bars and look for the places with dim lighting and older staff, those are the legit ones.
If you're near the Ari BTS area, Soi Ari has a few spots that stay open until midnight or 1am. Look for the ones tucked in the side streets off the main soi, they do a solid 300 baht foot massage without any fuss. The ones right on the main road near the BTS tend to close earlier, around 10pm. I've had good luck at the shop next to the 7-Eleven on Soi Ari 2, they're open late most nights and the staff are no-nonsense.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
