if you're up for a bit of a trek, there's a place called via 99 near ari bts that does a solid ny slice. it's not always consistent but when they nail it the crust is thin and crispy with a good chew, and the sauce is tangy without being too sweet. they also have a white slice with ricotta that's worth trying if you want something different from the classic pepperoni. 110 baht per slice last time i was there.

There's a little spot called Slice on Soi 49 that does a pretty good ny style, they import their cheese from Wisconsin so the flavor's legit. Their large pepperoni runs about 180 baht and the crust has that nice snap without being burnt.

pizza mania's solid but if you want that really crispy bottom slice try savannah pizza on ekkamai. they do a 16 inch new yorker that's thin with a nice char on the crust and the cheese pull is real. 200 baht for a slice which is a bit steep but the pepperoni has that greasy cup thing going on. also worth mentioning pizza hut express in some bts stations does a surprisingly decent ny style slice for like 60 baht if you're in a pinch but don't expect artisanal vibes

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
