Have you tried just getting out of True Digital Park and walking around Bang Chak for an hour? The sois there are messy and alive, it's a different Bangkok than the glass towers. Sometimes the future feels clearer when you're not staring at a screen, honestly. If you want a proper 1-1, grab a coffee at Casa Lapin on Sukhumvit 62, it's quiet enough to talk but not dead. What's actually blocking you, the money or the motivation?

The trap with True Digital Park is that everyone there looks busy, so it's easy to feel like you're the only one stuck. But half those people are just buying overpriced iced matcha and refreshing their LinkedIn. I'd skip the coworking circuit entirely and take the BTS to On Nut, walk into the old market behind the station, and just sit at a plastic stool noodle shop for an hour. Watching vendors hustle with zero plan past tomorrow is oddly grounding, it resets what "wasting time" even means.

For the 1-1 part, find a quiet corner at the National Library near Saphan Kwai, it's free and no one bothers you, and just talk out loud to yourself like you're pitching your life to a stranger. Works better than any networking event I've been to here. What's the actual fear underneath the fog, that you'll pick wrong or that you'll pick right and still feel flat?

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
