Easy stroll, 1-2h, no rush.

Good rundown, though I'd add a few things the guide skips. The Casa de la Cultura museum is worth the stop but the hours are unreliable, I've shown up on a Tuesday morning twice and found it closed w...

Karaj trip in 5 months, what's a realistic budget?

I'm heading to Karaj in about 5 months and trying to figure out how much to save up. I'll probably stay a week, mix of cheap eats and a couple of nicer meals, and use taxis and the metro to get around...

Where to Stay in Yekaterinburg (2026)

I've stayed in the Avtovokzal area a few times when I needed to catch an early bus to Chelyabinsk, and it's not as bad as people make it sound. The 24-hour supermarket is genuinely useful and there's...

What are y'all paying to launder shirts?

What are y'all paying to get dress shirts laundered and pressed? My place just went up to $6/shirt, which seems a bit much.
