makro definitely has it in the big frozen blocks by the kilo, usually near the dairy aisle. if you want fresh ground beef check the local butcher shops in yaowarat or on sukhumvit soi 38, they grind it daily and it's way cheaper than the supermarket packs. also villa market has a decent selection if you're near thonglor but expect to pay double what makro charges
If you're near a Foodland, they usually carry fresh ground beef in the chilled section by the butcher counter. It's not always labeled as local but it's typically Thai-raised beef and runs about 150-180 baht per kilo. The Ekkamai branch has it most consistently.
Yeah Makro should have it, they sell those big vacuum-sealed packs in the fridge section near the imported meats. If you want it freshly ground, try the butcher counters at Gourmet Market or Tops, they'll grind it in front of you.
