The range the other person gave is pretty accurate, but it really depends on how close you need to be to the BTS. I've seen older units on the Ekkamai side around Soi 10 going for 15,000 to 18,000 if you're okay with a 10-minute walk to the station. Thonglor tends to hold its value more, so even the dated buildings there rarely dip below 25,000.

For a decent studio or one-bedroom condo in that area, you're looking at 20,000 to 35,000 baht a month for something older or further off the main road. Newer buildings right on Sukhumvit or near Thonglor BTS will push you closer to 40,000 to 60,000. I'd check soi 55 and 63 for more options, the smaller sois off Ekkamai tend to be quieter and cheaper.

Yeah those numbers are right. If you're on a tighter budget, look a bit deeper into Ekkamai like Soi 8 or Soi 10, you can find studios around 12,000 to 15,000 baht but they're usually older buildings with no pool or gym.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
