I'd skip the mall spots and try Chengdu Kitchen on Soi Nana, they do a chicken and mushroom soup dumpling that's actually pork-free, just call ahead to confirm they have it that day since it's not always on the menu.

for pizza, Pizza Hut is the only one open late but that's not really a rec. If you want something legit, try Appia on Soi 31, they do a proper Roman-style crust and the burrata one is killer, just bring cash since their card machine breaks half the time

For truly pork-free soup dumplings, your best bet is actually the Muslim-run spots around Bang Rak. Bangkok Muslim Restaurant on Soi Charoen Krung 43 does a chicken xiaolongbao with a clear broth that's all chicken, no pork fat involved. They're not as soupy as the Chinese versions but the flavor's cleaner and they're halal certified so you know there's no cross contamination.

On the pizza front, I'm going to throw you a curveball and say Il Bolognese on Soi Langsuan. They're not trendy or Instagrammable but their margherita is the closest thing to what I ate in Naples, and they don't charge 600 baht for it like some of the newer places. The owner's Italian and he's usually there making the dough himself.

Chicken soup dumplings are pretty rare here since most places stick with pork, but I'd check out Din Tai Fung at Siam Paragon. They do a chicken xiaolongbao that's decent, though it's still mixed with pork fat for the broth so it might not work for you depending on how strict you are. yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
