honestly i'd skip metro and go to Dr. V at The Skin & Fillers Clinic on sukhumvit 31. he's super chill and explains everything before he starts, which helps with the nerves. for forehead and nose bridge he's really good at keeping it natural looking, not overfilled. smile lines prob around 8-10k thb per syringe depending on the brand

If you're still in the Ekkamai area, Dr. Phoom at Yoskarn Clinic on Soi Ekkamai 10 is worth checking out. He's been doing this for over a decade and has a steady hand, especially for nose bridge work. A syringe of Juvederm there runs about 9-11k baht depending on what you're doing, and the clinic itself feels more clinical than spa-like, which I actually prefer for injections.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
