Best coffee near Celularpluspro1 in Sao Paulo 2026?

Depends where Celularpluspro1 actually is, but if you're near Pinheiros try Coffee Lab on Rua Fradique Coutinho. Sit upstairs with a laptop, the espresso's solid and it's not a chain.

Solid plan overall. One fix: the train to Onomichi is closer to 240 yen one way, not 500, so budget accordingly. Also the Tomonoura bus back gets thin after 18:00, so don't cut it close.

Moving to Bangkok just around NYE. I've shortlisted about 12 condos on RentHub. Should I additionally contact an agent or do this fully on my own? And what's the general protocol with agents? Thank you :)
