There's a coworking space called Hubba on Ekkamai that attracts a mix of devs, i've seen a few .net guys hanging around there before. also the Bangkok Software Development slack group has a channel for desktop stuff, might be worth joining for a more direct chat than facebook

You could check out the Bangkok .NET meetup group on Meetup.com, they have events every few months usually around Asoke area. Also, the Bangkok Creatorspace on Sukhumvit 77 sometimes has devs working on desktop stuff, might be worth dropping by.

honestly the mvvm and wpf crowd is kinda rare in bangkok these days most are on web stuff. try the bangkok dotnet facebook group it's more active than meetup for quick chats

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
