Best visa run agent to use?

if you're doing a proper visa application not just a border hop, bangrak has a few reliable ones. bangkok visa & passport on charoen krung road is solid, been around forever and they don't mess with hidden fees. they quoted me 1,500 baht for a single entry tourist visa last year and had it back in 4 working days. the soi nana area agencies are hit or miss, some are fine but i've heard stories of them losing documents

depends what kind of run u mean. if it's a border bounce to get a new 30 day exemption, the minivan services from victory monument are way cheaper than any agency. like 300-500 baht round trip to mae sot or aranyaprathet. just bring 2 passport photos and some cash for the thai side fees. agencies are mostly useful if u need a proper visa application or have complicated paperwork

honestly i'd skip khao san and go to one of the agencies near asok or phrom phong instead. they handle less volume so your passport gets back faster and the pricing is usually more transparent. i use v&p visa services on sukhumvit soi 13, they charge around 1,200 baht for a standard 60-day tourist visa run and actually tell you what docs you need upfront

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
