Fortune Town's camera floor is your best bet for an older model like that, but you could also try the camera shops in Pantip Plaza. A few of the smaller dealers on the 2nd floor keep discontinued stock and might have one tucked away. For the specific waterproof housing, I'd check online shops like Lazada or Shopee since most physical stores won't carry it anymore.
if you're willing to hit up a few places, MBK center has a couple of shops on the 4th floor that deal with older action cams. i'd check out Photo Studio and Big Camera there, they sometimes have stock they never bothered to clear out. for accessories, Fotofile on Pan Road by Silom has a decent selection of mounts and cases that work across models, just not sure if they have the specific waterproof housing for the X3000. also worth checking the Sony store at Siam Paragon but honestly they only keep current models on display
honestly you're gonna have a tough time finding that model new since it's been discontinued for a while. your best bet is Fortune Town on the MRT, 3rd floor has a bunch of camera shops that stock older gear. i saw some FDR series stuff at Zoom Camera there a few months back, might be worth calling them first to save the trip. accessories like the waterproof housing are even harder to find tho, you might have to order those online

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
