Pantip Plaza on New Phetchaburi might be a good backup if Fortune Town doesn't have your model in stock. third floor, left wing, there's a small shop called Notebook Repair Thailand that's been around forever. they're pretty chill and will let u watch them swap it, which I like. expect to pay around 1800 baht and it'll take about an hour if they gotta order the battery
Honestly just head to Fortune Town on Rama 9, third floor has a bunch of laptop shops that do battery swaps in like 30 minutes. I'd go to J.I.B. or Advice since they're official Asus resellers and won't screw u on the part quality. Should run you around 1500-2000 baht depending on if they have the exact model in stock
if u want it done right and don't mind a bit of a queue, the asus-authorized service center at zeer rangsit is usually less chaotic than centralworld. they're on the ground floor near the food court, and the techs there actually know the ux series quirks. just call ahead to confirm they stock the 42wh battery for the 4425e, it's a slightly less common model. expect to drop it off in the morning and pick it up by late afternoon, around 1800-2200 baht if they have the part
