It's a bit of a walk from the BTS at Siam or Ratchadamri, but the savings are worth it if you're buying a month's supply.

52 baht for oxcarbazepine is actually not bad, that's close to what you'd pay at a government pharmacy. the lamictal quote is wild though, you're being charged like 3x what it should be. try the pharmacy at Praram 9 Hospital, it's a private place but their outpatient pharmacy prices are surprisingly reasonable for some reason, i pay about 90 baht a day for 200mg lamotrigine there. just walk in to the pharmacy counter with your US bottles and they'll send you to a quick consult with a doc for 300 baht, then you get your meds at their price

if you want to skip the doctor fee entirely, the pharmacy on the ground floor of the Bangkok Christian Hospital building on Silom near Surasak BTS sells generics over the counter if you show your prescription. they're not a chain so they're more flexible, got my friend's trileptal generic for 25 baht a day there last month. just bring your actual bottle with the label, not just a photo

those prices are definitely inflated, especially the lamictal. 240 baht a day for generic lamotrigine is like triple what you'd pay at a government hospital pharmacy. try the skin clinic at the back of Bangrak Hospital, it's not a big fancy place but they do neuro prescriptions on the side and the pharmacy there charges cost plus a small markup. i've gotten lamictal 300mg for about 80 baht a day from them. just bring your US bottles and they'll do a quick consult for 300 baht total. the oxcarbazepine should be closer to 20-30 baht a day there. they're on Sathorn Road near the Taksin bridge, easy to get to by the BTS at Krung Thon Buri.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
