Is there a shop/mall/market where I can buy a bunch of different brands of Yaa Dom (ยาดม) inhalers?

I'm curious to see what each of the different brands has to offer, but Boots et al. only carry a few brands. I'm curious to see what each of the different brands has to offer, but Boots et al. only carry a few brands.

if you're near bangkok university area, the thai traditional medicine shop on phra athit road has a surprising selection. they stock those medicinal brand ones that pharmacies dont carry, like the ones with actual krating daeng extract in them. prob 15+ different types last time i was there, and the old lady who runs it will talk your ear off about which ones work best for congestion vs headaches vs just smelling nice

The herbal section at Or Tor Kor Market has a decent selection too, right near the fruit stalls. They've got maybe a dozen brands and the vendors there tend to be more patient about letting you compare scents than the Chatuchak ones. If you're up for a trip to Chinatown, Sampeng Lane has a few wholesale shops that sell yaa dom by the box, and they usually have brands like Poy-Sian, Peppermint Field, and some smaller Thai labels all in one place.

honestly just hit up chatuchak market on weekends, the herbal section near section 4 has stalls with like 20+ brands of yaa dom you wont see anywhere else. some of them are tiny local makers from upcountry, they usually let u test sniff before buying too. if you cant do weekends, try the herbal remedies floor at bobae market, cheaper than chatuchak and less crowded.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
