I'd add Dr. Tony Clinic at Siam Square to your list. They specialize in acne scar treatments and do subcision combined with microneedling for better results. Cost runs about 4,000 baht for subcision alone or 6,500 baht if you bundle it with microneedling. The waiting room gets packed on weekends so go on a weekday morning if you can.

Thonglor has a few dermatology clinics that are known for subcision. I've been to The Skin Clinic on Soi Thonglor 5 and they charge around 3,000 to 5,000 baht per session depending on how many areas you're doing. The doctor there actually took time to explain the process and showed me before/after photos from previous patients, which I appreciated. Another option is Ruamrudee International Clinic on Sukhumvit Soi 3, they're a bit pricier around 6,000 baht but you get a more hospital-like setting. Both places use local anesthesia so the pain is manageable, just some bruising for a few days after.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
