Hello Everyone,

I am visiting Bangkok Shooting Range possibly on 12th July afternoon. If anyone want to share bullets, you can DM me.

There are few sets that could be shared with 2 players or more. The sets have different choice of guns, so anyone interested ???

Most of the ranges around Bangkok let you split a lane and share a gun rental, so you don't both need to buy a separate package. The Navy Shooting Range out near Bang Na has a good deal on a 50-round pistol set that two people can easily split, just bring your own ear protection since their loaners aren't great. You could also try the HK Pro Shop range on Ratchada, they let you swap guns mid-session if you're sharing a lane and want to try different calibers.

if you're set on 12 july, the bangkok shooting range at rca is usually less crowded on weekday afternoons, so splitting a lane there is pretty chill. their 100-baht lane fee for a second shooter is cheap, and they've got a decent selection of .22 and 9mm rentals. just call ahead to confirm they have enough ammo in stock, since some ranges run low midweek

The Navy Range on Bang Na-Trat is probably your best bet for splitting packs since they don't push their own packages as hard as the commercial ranges. Their basic 9mm pistol lane rental runs about 300 baht and you can share that plus any ammo you buy together. Just a heads up that the HK Pro Shop on Ratchada has a tighter lane setup so splitting feels more cramped, but their gun selection is better if you're after something specific like a Glock or Sig.

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
