Hello

I will be in Bangkok for three days, and Breakfast at my hotel sucks. It is the basic Pad Thai, Khao Tom, eggs bacon and toast.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a hotel that has a good Breakfast Buffet spread, that serves French style omelette? Or any cafe that has French Style omelettes for that matter. TIA

the coffee club on sathorn does a breakfast buffet for like 600 baht and they have a chef making omelettes to order, not exactly french style but they'll do it if you ask for low heat and no browning. also check out crepes & co on langsuan, they do a proper french omelette as part of their breakfast menu for around 450 baht, no buffet but it's a nice spot with outdoor seating and the coffee's good

You could try the breakfast buffet at the Anantara Siam, they do a made-to-order omelette station that includes French style. I think it's around 1,200 baht per person but the spread is huge.

imo if you're after french style omelettes specifically, check out cafe de l'artisan on sathorn soi 12. it's a tiny french-run place, no buffet but they nail the texture - creamy inside, no browning. around 400 baht for the full set with juice and coffee. for a hotel buffet that's actually decent without the tourist markup, the st. regis does a solid omelette station and their brunch spread includes stuff like foie gras and chilled seafood. about 1,800 baht but it's all you can eat until 2pm so you can skip lunch

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
