Not a stupid question at all, plenty of people start this way. If you want a more hands-on approach than just watching tutorials, check out the Ableton Live workshops at Mahidol University's College of Music in Salaya. They run open sessions a few times a year that cover arrangement and sound design, and you don't need to be a student to join. Otherwise, the VDO space in Charoenkrung sometimes has electronic music meetups where producers share tips and let you try their gear.

Honestly most people just learn on YouTube or from online courses, but if you want a proper space with gear and some guidance, check out Demo Studios near Thong Lo. They do workshops sometimes and you can book time to mess around with synths and drum machines.

Demo Studios is solid but also look into the production classes at Seed Bangkok. They focus more on electronic music and have beginner-friendly sessions.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
