I've checked the packages at the popular hospitals (Bumrungrad, Bangkok General and Samitivej) and their prices are quite high.

honestly skip the big hospital pricing, they inflate everything for tourists. check out st louis hospital on sathorn, their executive health check is around 2500-3000 baht and covers all the basics plus vitamins. it's a smaller catholic hospital so less flashy but the lab quality is the same. just go early like 7am to avoid the queue, results come back same day too

there's a place called vibhavadi hospital out near chatuchak that does a solid comprehensive panel for around 3500 baht. it's not as crowded as the downtown hospitals and the lab turnaround is pretty quick, usually by afternoon if you go early. if you're okay with a little less english spoken, the government hospitals like rajvithi on phyathai road are even cheaper, maybe 1500-2000 for basic stuff plus vitamins, just expect longer waits

try medconsult on sukhumvit 39, they do a full panel with vitamins for around 3000 baht. way cheaper than the big hospitals and the doctors actually explain the results to u. if u want somewhere even more basic but still reliable, bangkok christian hospital near silom is solid too, just expect a bit of a wait

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
