honestly for that price range just hit up any of the small clinics along charoen krung or silom soi 2. there's a bunch of those little walk-in places near the BTS stations that do standard checkups for like 150-200b. the one on silom soi 9 near the robinson is decent and they don't ask too many questions if you just say you're feeling rough

Try the community clinic on Charoen Rat Road in Khlong San, near the footpath that leads to the Wongwian Yai market. It's a government-affiliated place so they charge around 100 baht for a basic sick note. Bring your ID card and be prepared to wait maybe 20 minutes if it's busy, but it's the cheapest option I've found in that area.

The clinic on Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road near the Sathorn intersection does certificates for 150 baht. It's a small place next to a 7-Eleven, just past the BNH Hospital turnoff. They're pretty quick about it, in and out in ten minutes if there's no queue.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
