I love to smoke cigars. One of my biggest pleasures is to sit and contemplate/smoke a good cigar. What's the cigar scene in Thailand? yeah the scene's kinda small but loyal, there's a spot called the duke's rooftop on silom that's got decent airflow and they don't hassle you about lighting up. for beaches, just don't bother on public sand, but some of the smaller island bars with open fronts will let you puff if you're buying drinks

The cigar lounges in Bangkok are mostly in hotels and tend to be quiet, air conditioned spots. Havana Social near Sukhumvit Soi 11 has a more social vibe if you want conversation. For beaches, I'd skip lighting up on the sand anywhere near a city like Hua Hin or Pattaya, but some resort pools have smoking areas where you'll be left alone. Prices on Cubans are about 30-40% above what you'd pay in Europe, so if you're visiting, bring your own stock.

cigar scene is decent but pricey. bangkok has a few real cigar lounges like the one at the landmark hotel on sukhumvit, they've got a decent walk-in humidor with cubans and new world sticks. public beaches are a no-go legally, you'll get a fine on places like pattaya or phuket, best to stick to designated spots or private venues

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
