Where to buy glycerin?
I mean the liquid that's used in cosmetics as well, I use it on my hands… I have tried to find it on Grab but couldn't find it, does someone knows where to buy Glycerin? Either on Grab or in a store.

honestly just go to any proper pharmacy, not the tourist ones. try the pharmacy at fortune town or pantip plaza, they sell glycerin in big bottles for like 60-80 baht. also check the small shop near the entrance of pratunam market, they have all kinds of raw skincare stuff. grab might not show it because its classified as a chemical or something
if you're near chinatown (yaowarat), try the shops on trok itsaranuphap lane, they sell bulk cosmetic ingredients including glycerin. i usually grab a small bottle from the mom-and-pop pharmacy on charoen krung soi 22 for about 50 baht. for grab, try searching "กลีเซอรีน" (thai spelling) instead of english, sometimes that helps bypass their weird filters
check the pharmacy section at big watsons or boots in centralworld or siam paragon, they usually stock it near the skincare stuff. if not, try a local pharmacy like fascino on sukhumvit soi 5, they carry it as a base ingredient. grab isn't great for random chemical items tbh, better to just walk into a store
best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026
yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
