honestly the 13 mini is getting pretty hard to find new in box these days since apple stopped making them. if you're near siam square, try mstudio on the soi 2 side, they're an authorized reseller and sometimes have last gen stock tucked away. also check the apple store at iconsiam directly, they had a few refurb units last time i was there and they come with the same warranty as new
i'd skip siamphone tbh, they're not really on the same level as banana or studio 7. your best bet for a new 13 mini is to check the official apple authorized resellers like istudio or baNana on the ground floor of centralwOrld, they sometimes have old stock lying around. if not, fortune town's it mall on the 2nd floor has a few reputable shops that still carry the 13 mini new in box, just ask for the serial number to check activation status before buying
