honestly the best spot is Chinatown on Yaowarat road, there's a bunch of old school liquor shops near the Odeon Circle that sell miniatures by the crate. they're mostly Thai whiskey like SangSom and Mekhong but you'll find the imported stuff too if you dig around. prices are way cheaper than 7-Eleven, like 30-40 baht for the local ones. just wander down the main strip around 5pm when they're all open and you'll see racks of them outside

Villa Market on Sukhumvit Soi 33 has a decent selection, usually by the wine section. They stock those tiny Smirnoff and Jack Daniels bottles, around 50-80 baht each. If you're near a bigger supermarket like Tops or Foodland, check their liquor aisles too, though it's hit or miss depending on the branch.

7-Eleven has them sometimes near the counter. or check those little liquor stores on Sukhumvit soi 11

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
