Where to buy cheap facial masks in Bangkok?

I have bought some really cheap and good ones at the Chinatown midnight market with a minimum purchase of 5 packs above but wonder where to buy them during the day. honestly if u dont mind straying from the sheet mask thing a bit, theres a shop called watsons inside fortune town mall (its near rama 9) that does these bulk deals on biore and my beauty diary masks. theyre not dirt cheap like the market stalls but u can get 3 boxes for like 250 baht sometimes and theyre legit japanese or taiwanese brands. the mall itself is a bit dead during the day but the ac is nice and u can grab lunch at the food court upstairs after.

platinum fashion mall in pratunam has a whole floor of beauty wholesalers, masks start at 100 baht for a box of 10. its not the same midnight market vibe but you can browse all the stalls without sweating at night. just go to the section near the escalators on the 3rd floor, theres a few shops that sell mixed korean and local brands. take cash and dont be shy to haggle a bit, especially if you grab multiple boxes

theres a place called bo be market near bamrung muang road that i hit up during the day. its a fabric market mostly but a few stalls in the back sell sheet masks for like 8-12 baht each if you grab a box. theyre thai brands like smooth e or beauty buffet not the korean ones but honestly theyre fine for daily use. open til 5pm and way less crowded than chinatown

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
