another option is Chatuchak Weekend Market if you're here on saturday or sunday. the clothes sections are huge and you can find some really unique stuff for like 150-300 baht, especially if you go deeper into the alleys away from the main walkways. for accessories the saphankwai area right next to the market has some cheap stalls too, just be ready to walk a lot and carry water

if you're already near pratunam, also check out the market stalls on soi petchburi 21, tucked behind the main streets. same kind of stuff as platinum but sometimes even cheaper if you're patient and dig through the piles. for accessories specifically, the mbmk center in pratunam has floors 2-3 full of stalls selling earrings and bags for 20-50 baht each, just bring cash and don't be afraid to haggle a little

honestly just hit up Platinum Fashion Mall near Pratunam. it's like a giant wholesale market so you can get tops for like 100-200 baht each if you buy a few, plus the accessories stalls are super cheap too

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
