As a 23M, what are the good areas to rent a condo? My budget is no more than 10000THB. I like central and crowded areas with preferrably city view condo that I can rent with 10kTHB. I don't have to go to work or school. So, it doesn't necessarily have to be near BTS or MRT. But, ideally, don't want to be too far away from them either. What are the neighborhoods I should look into?

NOTE: I am only seeking advise and not looking for room.

honestly 10k for central with a city view is gonna be tough unless u get lucky with a studio in an older building. try checking around ratchada or huai khwang, they're not as polished as sukhumvit but still crowded and you can find decent condos for that price. the mrt is right there too so getting around is fine. city view might be a stretch but u could get a higher floor unit looking over the street if that works for u.

yeah 10k is gonna be rough for central with a view. maybe look at ari or saphan khwai, they're not sukhumvit central but still lively with lots of food stalls and stuff around. older buildings there sometimes have higher floors with decent skyline views for that price.

10k is tight for central with a view tbh. maybe look around on nut or udom suk, not super central but still walkable to bts and cheaper. city view might be a stretch at that price.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
