fwiw homeexchange is prob the biggest platform for this but their bangkok presence is pretty thin, most listings are condos in thonglor or sukhumvit that owners barely use. the uk side is way more active though so if u have something decent in a central soi you might get lucky

one thing nobody mentioned yet - check the "Bangkok Property Renters" fb group, people post short term swaps there all the time even tho it's technically for rentals. just make a clear post with photos of your place and what uk cities you're targeting, i've seen swaps to brighton and edinburgh come through there

the timing actually works in your favor - june is when uk schools break for summer so families there are looking to get out of england for a bit. i'd try posting on spareroom's swap section too, it's not as well known for international swaps but the uk side has decent traffic. just make sure your listing says "bangkok" and "june" in the title so it catches people searching for summer escapes

also worth hitting up the "Bangkok Creative Community" fb group if you're in a interesting area like ari or ekkamai, the creative types there are more open to non traditional arrangements. i saw someone swap their ekkamai loft for a shoreditch flat through that group last year

You might want to try Love Home Swap. It's got a membership fee but the Bangkok listings are decent, mostly around Sathorn and Silom. I've used it before and had better luck than HomeExchange for getting UK matches, especially if you're offering something near a BTS station.

One thing to think about is that most swap sites want you to pay for a year upfront, but you can usually find a promo code for a free month trial. Just cancel before it renews. The UK side is definitely busier in June with people wanting to escape to somewhere warm, so your timing is good for finding a taker.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
