Cosplay photographer?

Can anyone recommend me cosplay photographers? I'm new in Thailand! If you're a cosplayer too, Let's be friends. Can anyone recommend me cosplay photographers? I'm new in Thailand! If you're a cosplayer too, Let's be friends.

welcome to bkk. most cosplay shoots happen around bacc (bangkok art & culture centre) or the mrt stations nearby, easy for meeting up. try searching fb groups like "cosplay thailand" or "photographer cosplay thailand", lots of shooters post open call there & rates usually start around 1500-2500 for a half day. if u wanna meet ppl first, hit up a convention at impact or bitec, that's where everyone networks

ig accounts are where most of the good shooters actually live, not fb. search tags like #cosplaythailand or #thaiphotographer and u'll see whose style u vibe with, then dm them directly. rates vary a lot depending on whether they do their own editing or hand u raws. also worth checking if they shoot at studio like in rama 9 area vs outdoor, changes the price & the vibe

There's a cosplay community that meets pretty regularly at True Digital Park over in Bang Chak, lots of photographers hang around there and it's easier to chat than cold DMing someone. Also check out the shops in MBK's upper floors, some of them shoot cosplay on the side and can intro you to people.

best som tam in Bangkok? Krua Dok Mai Kao 2026

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
