honestly skip the big hospital pharmacies for this one. try the small independent ones around Sathorn or Silom, like the one near the BTS Surasak exit 3 called Sathorn Pharmacy. they've always had stock when the chains were out, and they don't fuss about foreign scripts. just bring your doctor's note and the original box from your last refill if you have it.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
