Hello, all! I'd like to know if there are any wholesale areas or places where I can buy beverages (ex: soft drinks, tea, milk tea, canned drinks, juices, etc.)

I'd also like to know if there are any places that sell wholesale non-alcoholic barista ingredi (ex: milk tea ingredients, coffee ingredients, flavor syrup, tea powders, tapioca, cream cheese powder, tea leaves, fruit purèe, etc.)

Thank you in advance :))

Bang Rak has a whole cluster along Soi Wanit 2 near the river that most people sleep on. It's mostly Chinese-Thai trading houses selling canned drinks, juices, and powdered mixes by the carton, and a few of them carry barista stuff too like syrups and tea powders. Prices are decent if you're grabbing a dozen or more, and they're open from around 7am to noon, so it's a morning run.

One thing worth knowing: if you need fruit puree specifically, the frozen section at Khlong Thom on weekends is cheaper than any of the specialty shops. Vendors there sell puree in big tubs, mango and passionfruit especially. Bring a cooler bag tho, it melts fast in this heat.

Also worth knowing about is the cluster around Talat Phlu in Thonburi. The soi off Ratchadaphisek side there has a bunch of shops selling canned drinks and juices by the carton, plus a few that specialize in powder mixes for milk tea and coffee. Prices are usually a bit lower than Chinatown if u buy in bulk, though you need to know which shop stocks what. For syrups and purees, the small importers along Nakhon Sawan Road near the old town are solid, they open around 8am and close by early afternoon.

For barista stuff specifically, try the soi behind Wat Mangkon MRT in Chinatown. Plenty of shops along Yaowarat and the side streets sell tea leaves, tapioca, syrups, and powders in bulk, and prices are better if you buy by the case. Wang Burapha near the old cinema district is another one worth a look for canned drinks and juices at wholesale rates.

Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but I've always found their som tam a bit tame on the pla ra. If you want the real funky version, try the shophouse spots along Soi Udomsuk 26, near the night market end. They pound it fresh with fermented fish that'll clear your sinuses, and it's like 60 baht. Different style from the On Nut places, more Lao-leaning.

for som tam specifically i'd say the Isaan spots in Chatuchak are underrated, weekdays only though since the weekend crowd ruins the vibe. there's a stall near gate 2 that does tam pa with fermented bamboo shoots, super sour and funky, not something you see much in On Nut. if you're already heading north for Or Tor Kor anyway its worth the detour.

honestly the som tam at Krua Dok Mai Kao is good but what got me hooked is their nam prik pla raa dip with the raw veggies, that funk hits way harder than the papaya does. think most people sleep on it cuz they just order the som tam and gai yang. also pro tip, go before noon on weekdays, after that teh pla ra gets milder cuz they batch it for the lunch rush
