I'm vacationing to Bangkok for 25 days. We've saved up a lot of money and would like to treat ourselves to a few luxurious hotels.

My wife has special dietary needs and we need a small kitchenette to accommodate her. A fridge, sink and cooktop is plenty -- no need for big ovens or anything like that.

Can you recommend some upscale luxury Hotels in Bangkok that have a small kitchen? Other requirements would be next to BTS skytrain station.

fwiw the Sukhothai Bangkok has these "residence" rooms that come with a proper kitchenette - induction cooktop, microwave, sink, the works. it's on Sathorn which is a bit disconnected from BTS but their tuk-tuk shuttle to Sala Daeng station runs every 10 minutes so not a huge hassle. the garden pool area is gorgeous if u want to unwind after cooking, way quieter than the riverfront hotels

honestly check out the St. Regis on Rajadamri road. their residential suites have proper kitchenettes with a cooktop and full size fridge, not just a minibar situation. it's literally connected to Rajadamri BTS station so you won't break a sweat hauling groceries. the breakfast buffet is overrated imo but the butler service is legit if you need help stocking the kitchen.

The Siam has a few suites with kitchenettes and it's right by the river, but you'd need a taxi to the nearest BTS.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
