Where to get pants fixed near soi 43?

Hi all, As the title says m, where can I get a quick cheap fix for pants? My wife's pants hem came undone. Not looking for a fancy tailor, hopefully a mom and pop shop that does this store.

honestly if the 43/1 spot is busy just walk over to the little fabric shop on soi 31/1, it's tucked behind the coffee stand near the pharmacy. same 50 baht hem job, the auntie there has been doing it for years and she doesn't talk your ear off. takes about 15 minutes if she's not backed up.

If you're already on Sukhumvit 43, the easiest option is the little alterations shop inside the Villa Market complex on Soi 33. It's on the second floor near the supermarket entrance, and they'll do a simple hem for 60 baht while you shop. They usually finish in under 20 minutes if it's just a straight stitch.

there's a little sewing shop on sukhumvit 43/1, like a two minute walk from the main road. it's just a lady with a machine in a shophouse, does hems for like 50 baht and she's quick. turn at the 7-eleven and it's on the left past the motorcycle parking.

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
