Benjakitti Park near Asoke has a decent running loop with some shade from the trees, and the ground is easier on the knees than concrete. I'd go early like 5am before it gets brutal, or accept that you'll be slower and take water breaks at the 7-Eleven on Ratchadaphisek. The heat won't go away but the humidity drops a bit in the next couple months.

honestly skip the treadmill entirely, that's miserable. try running along the khlongs (canals) near Rama 9, there's a stretch from Asok to Phetchaburi that's mostly shaded by overhanging trees and buildings. the pavement's kinda uneven in spots so watch your footing, but the breeze off the water helps a ton. i do my long runs there around 6pm when the sun's lower and it's bearable

im gonna be real with u, running in bangkok heat is just gonna suck no matter what. have u tried the track at national stadium? it's got some overhead cover and the surface is way better than pavement. plus there's a fan in the tunnel area where u can cool down between laps

yeah Krua Dok Mai Kao is solid but if you're up for a detour, try Som Tum Nua near Siam Square. their som tam pu pla ra is insane if you like the fermented fish sauce kick. way more pungent than the On Nut spot, just less grilled chicken options
