honestly you're better off going to a proper clinic than trying to buy online here. a lot of the wellness clinics around thonglor and ekkamai do bpc-157 injections, just call ahead and ask if they carry it. the regenx clinic on sukhumvit 49 is legit, dr. chai there prescribes it for tendon injuries. you'll pay more than some random website but at least you know it's real and not some mystery powder from a sketchy warehouse

Their anti-aging clinics will write you a script for BPC-157 from a compounding pharmacy, and you'll actually get pharmaceutical-grade stuff instead of underground lab batches. The consult is around 1,500 to 2,000 baht and the peptides themselves run about 3,500 for a multi-dose vial. Way more expensive than what you'd pay online but at least you won't be injecting something that turns out to be filler or contaminated.
fwiw i've seen bpc-157 at a few of those "longevity" clinics popping up in silom lately. there's one on sathorn 12 called vitalife or something similar, they do consultations and inject right there no need to take vials home. cost me around 4k for a session with the peptide included. also heard from a friend that some compounding pharmacies in chinatown will mix it for you if you bring a prescription from a doctor, but you'd have to find a doctor willing to write it first
